Booking & Payment

Submitting the availability form on our website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once PinHigh Concierge has verified tee time availability and sent you personal confirmation, including full pricing and payment instructions.

Prices are per person and fully inclusive of premium clubs, private transport, tee time, golf cart or push cart, a personal host, and a welcome kit, as listed on our website. All prices include VAT.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled tee time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled tee time, and no-shows, are non-refundable.

To cancel or change a booking, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email as early as possible using the details below. This 24-hour policy reflects the booking terms we hold with our partner golf clubs, who do not offer refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.

Equipment & Liability

All golf clubs, golf carts, push carts and other equipment issued to you remain the property of PinHigh Concierge or our partner golf club for the duration of your round.
You are responsible for equipment issued to you while it is in your care.
You are liable for the full replacement or repair cost of any equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged while in your care, beyond normal wear from ordinary play.
Golf is played on natural terrain and involves inherent risks, including uneven ground, moving equipment, and changing weather. Guests participate at their own risk, and PinHigh Concierge is not liable for personal injury except where caused by our negligence.
PinHigh Concierge is not liable for delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, course closures, or transport disruption.

Your Information

When you submit the availability form, we collect your name, email address, and the other details you provide (such as WhatsApp number, travel dates, and group size). We use this information only to confirm availability, arrange your booking, and communicate with you about your round.

Your information is shared only where necessary to deliver your booking — for example, with the golf club for your tee time, or with our transport provider — and is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. If you have questions about your data or would like it removed, contact us at the email below.
